Vintage Sterling Doctor Bag Charm Baby Inside

Measures about 1/2" wide x 5/8" tall. I can't really tell what it says even with a loupe "Dodo?". Weight 5.5 grams. After I opened the bag it didn't want to stay shut so I bent the little latch on top and it is staying now, but I think if it is opened and closed much it gets loose and doesn't want to stay closed. Guess someone thought it was a clever idea to put a baby in a Dr. bag. I think it is better kept closed. Penny for scale.
