We are Fleet Health & Safety. NEBOSH Diploma Qualified and GRAD IOSH we can help you with any aspect of your Health & Safety and here you can purchase Training Presentations such as COSHH, Risk Assessments, Manual Handling, Fire Safety and many others.
Last but not least we are "Databases4U" We have many databases within our listings such as Customer Tracking Database, Service & Repair Database, Employee Training Database. We can also customise any database to suit you and your company's needs.
Finally.....High up on our priorities list is Customer Service! We want to be the best of the best and will do anything we can to help our customers at all times.
Payments are accepted via paypal. We can also accept cheque or BACS. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been received in full.
We deliver to the UK only but are happy to quote overseas postage prices and will offer this option by prior arrangement only.
We use Post Office second class service or Parcel Force 48 hour.
If you would like to receive your item sooner, we can send your item Special delivery (next day) which will incur an extra charge. Please contact us if you would like this option.
Our 7 day policy
We offer a 7 day period from the date of receipt during which items can be returned. Please contact us if you wish to make a return and we will advise you of our returns procedure. The item must be returned in the same new condition and in its original packaging. We thoroughly inspect all items returned and any marks or scratches will result in refusal of refund. The cost of the return and insurance for return of the item is your responsibility. We will refund the purchase price only. We do not offer a "on approval" sale. We are happy to accept the return within the specified 7 days but return costs are the buyers responsibility.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you think your item is faulty or has been damaged during transit , please contact us giving a full description of the problem. You will be required to return the item for our inspection. Upon confirmation of fault/damage, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please return via the original shipping method. Carriage costs will be reimbursed. Please contact us for our full returns procedure.
Guarantee
Items sold with a guarantee (ukuleles)
The guarantee covers the main body of the ukulele.
Strings, Bridge, Tuning pegs and Machine head are not covered.
