  • Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post or by courier from time to time as required. Roof Rack and Box accepts no responsibility for products lost or damaged when sent via regular Australia Post. Large items which need to go by courier cannot be shipped to PO Boxes unfortunately.
  • Please allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery within Australia after your payment has been confirmed. To avoid disappointment please confirm stock availability prior to ordering.
  • All deliveries are conducted during normal business hours. – Usually orders are shipped same day when payment is cleared by 2.00 p.m.
