Delivery is free on all our products to the UK mainland*. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is a 1-2 working day service excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays. Options to get your order quicker are available within individual listings.
As we process most orders on the same or next working day, any cancellations or alterations must be made as soon as possible after the order is placed.
In the unfortunate event of breakages, shortages or otherwise, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of your order. In the event of a non-delivery you must inform us within 14 days after the expected delivery date.
