Used Vivitar UV-Haze 58mm Lens Filter Made in Japan O30121  Filter has been used. It should minor wear on the metal ring. It has no visible scratches on the glass coating. But I see couple tiny nicks on the coating. I would rate glass at 8+ of 10. Filter will be shipped as pictured, without any accessories.
