Your order will be dispatched Same Day If ordered before 2pm and all orders after this time will be shipped 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you have ordered the wrong product the returns postage cost will have to be covered by you the Buyer.
If an item needs returning through our mistake of sending incorrect or damaged goods then we will refund you the returns postage once goods have been delivered back to us.
