Shipping:  

Orders will mainly ship using USPS along with a tracking number.  In some cases, we will ship with UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the size and bulk of the item while ensuring a smooth delivery process.

For higher priced items, we fully insure the items via registered or insured mail and we require signature confirmation for some items.  These packages usually take 3-7 business days unless there is a special circumstance in which we would notify the seller.  All items listed on Ebay are kept in stock to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  We do ship internationally through Ebay’s Global Shipping Center.  BullionFrenzy will only ship to confirmed Ebay addresses and we reserve the right to refuse any eBay order deemed questionable or of significant risk to BullionFrenzy regardless of price confirmation.

Custom Fees: 

International customers, please note that import duties, taxes, and surcharges are not included in the purchase price & shipping.  These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.  The seller cannot determine what these fees will be.

Payment:  

Currently, we are only accepting Paypal through our Ebay store.   Once you have bid on our item, you are obligated to purchase the item .  For precious metal items, regardless of price fluctuations, once you have bid on our item, the prices are locked in and we require payment within 3 days of the purchase.  On the other hand, we will not cancel your order once it is locked in and paid for.

Return:

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us through Ebay with the problem and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.  At your request, we may (but are not obligated) provide you with the opportunity to exchange the item purchased for an identical product if the item has a defect or is different than the item that was listed.  If we agree to do so, you must return the item following the instructions given by our sales representative.  BullionFrenzy reserves the right to determine, judge, and reject the exchange if the item does not comply with the stated requirements.  On certain items, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.  We ask that you work with our representative to come to amiable terms for all parties.   BullionFrenzy reserves the right to review and  accept/reject an exchange at our sole discretion.  For bullion products, we do not offer returns.  For other items, please contact us through Ebay.

Sales Tax:  

California law states that we are required to collect a 9% sales on tax on all items shipped to a California address.
