How Does it Work?

1..  Purchase service using "BUY IT NOW"

2..  Insert your finger on the top underside of the lower sunglasses tray. Push upward and push the computer forward. (May take a little time)

• Or, remove radio. Reach from behind and push the On Board Computer and Climate Control forward from the back.

3.. Disconnect plug. The blue harness has white lever that will swing upward when the back is pushed in softly. 

• You will notice that once climate is remove, vents will blow to windshield and feet. Please remove fuse #21 from fusebox to stop the air flow until you receive your repaired climate control back. 

4.. You will receive mailing instructions via email after service is bought and paid for. Please take your radio securely packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to have it mailed in.

If repair has been attempted and damage occurred, please contact us first. We can replace screen glass at an additional cost. All return shipping will be through USPS Priority Service (Air Mail). International members will have a USPS Priority Air Mail service, unless Express is paid for.  We do not cut corners. Only high quality parts are used. Please also understand, these do NOT need "re-programming", unless you want to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
