Negative pulse is output when the infrared receiver receives the infrared remote control signal, after inverted by the transistor Q1, through a C2 R5 constituting the pulse width gating circuit, and input to the pulse input terminal of U1 pin 14. U1 connected to the bistable trigger circuit, the status of each input pin 2 of a pulse output flipped once in order to achieve opening, the closed control.
     
      

Functionality
     
      

Successfully assembled, can use any kind of infrared remote control for remote control of the receiver. Press once the relay is energized (disconnected); press the relay disconnected (pull).
     
      

The manual key functions with the same remote control, press once the relay is energized (disconnected); press again the relay disconnected (pull).
     
      

The receiver uses a 5V power supply, the first power circuit breaker to pull (disconnect) the second conduction the relay disconnected (pull), this cycle.
