INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship hundreds of orders all over the world weekly! Average shipping times for International orders is one to two weeks. However, some International orders may take three to six weeks for delivery. Your Customs Office in your country may decide to inspect your package, and unfortunately we don’t have any control over that. Sorry, USPS tracking information is NOT available when a package leaves United States borders. Customer will be responsible for lost or stolen mail in international countries once the package has been shown to leave the United States. Customers are responsible for any international duty fees associated with order. We will try to reduce your customs charges as much as possible.
PACKAGING: All orders are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes tested at 200 lbs per square inch. Don’t worry, your glasses will NOT get crushed in transit.

EXCHANGES are accepted within 30 days after delivery date. Product must be BRAND NEW, NOT WORN, and in original packaging. To exchange, please send us the reason for your exchange first by visiting your Purchase History in MyEbay.
We will reply to all requests within 1 - 3 business days. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. To send a new pair back to you, you will receive a PayPal bill to cover postage, or you can include a check for $2.99 payable to "SUNGLASS MONSTER".
RETURNS are accepted within 30 days after delivery date. Product must be BRAND NEW, NOT WORN, and in original packaging. We will gladly refund back the full purchase amount minus the original shipping fees if any. Please send us the reason for the refund first by visiting your Purchase History in My Ebay.
