The main target group of our company is to help females around the ages of 15 to 50, achieve the beauty they want.

Payment

The only form of payment we accept is PayPal. Confirmed PayPal addresses or the billing address on the card used to make your purchase will be used for shipping.

Shipping Policy

Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment.

Domestic Shipping

We ship USPS/UPS/FedEx etc. Depending on your location and at our discretion.
Shipping usually takes 1-5 business days to receive.

International Shipping

We ship international via USPS first class mail.

Shipping usually takes 2~6 weeks to receive

International buyers are responsible for additional costs of international shipping: shipping cost and also import duties/taxes of your country of residence.

International shipping cost is never refundable for any reason. Please only purchase if you understand this.

Return Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipment charges. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. All returns are subject to inspection, we cannot accept returns on over used or empty products. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number (REF#) cannot be accepted. Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense or destroyed by Beauty Mono upon request.
