We ship to the US, Europe, Japan, Australia, and most countries around the world. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses. Orders will be shipped out within one business day once the payment is cleared.
For domestic orders within the US, we offer Standard (2-5 days) or Expedited (1-3 days) shipping.
For international orders, we offer First Class International (3-8 weeks) and Priority Mail Intenational (6-14 days). First class international mail is the least expensive but is not trackable outside of the US. It also takes 3-8 weeks to deliver, especially to countries like Russia, Italy, and Brazil. Priority mail international (non-flat-rate) is the only traceable shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries that our insurance company does not cover. It is very rare and a refund will be issued immediately in such cases.
Foreign duty and/or processing cost are buyers' responsibilities. We will mark our package as "gifts" and try our best to help if a buyer has specific requirements.
