We are proud to trade under one legitimate name and therefore any similarity to our listings (whilst flattering ) is purely copycat selling and has no connection with us whatsoever!

Feedback is important to us. We aim to give our buyers a positive experience when shopping with us and aim to be scored highly with good feedback. In the unlikely event we have failed to give you the service you paid for then simply email us prior to leaving feedback and we will resolve any matters you may have.

Sizing and returns

All items are described and measured as accurately as possible. Please do not make us accountable if you choose the wrong size. As you can appreciate, we are all different shapes and sizes, therefore please check before you purchase or bid to save disappointment. We will try and replace for another size wherever we can.

• If for any reason your item is unsuitable and you do not wish for an exchange any item purchased from Designer Academy Studios, you can return it to us in its original condition within the timeframe as stated above.
• You must notify us in eBay messaging prior to returning.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We will then issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item. All tags and labels must be intact when returning and in saleable condition.
• Please include your FULL NAME , EMAIL ADDRESS AND EBAY USER ID within the parcel including the reason for return
• For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as a safeguard.
• We will notify you via eBay messaging when we have processed your return.
• Designer Academy Studios chooses to be fair to its buyers and returns are accepted with the above conditions.
