• Payment - All payments through the EBay Buy Now system are through paypal and are generally an immediate payment and will be processed immediately and you will be sent an invoice to your registered paypal account within 24hrs of purchase. ECheques through paypal may take up to 5 working days for clearance and dispatch therefore will be following clearance.

Except AUSTRALIA, international shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes in your country of residence, it is the responsibility of you the buyer.
• Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent your tracking number will be available if needed. Your goods will be shipped directly from us, or from the factory directly, to your door, depending on availability, and which product you purchase. Goods can be delivered as quickly as overnight express, 3 working days, or in 5-10 working days, depending on which product you have purchased. It is best to give yourself a week or two for any anomalies, or contact us for clarification.
