SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after receiving payment. This excludes weekends and holidays.
- In addition, all orders are shipped the SAME BUSINESS DAY if placed and cleared before 3:00 P.M. PST.
Attention: International Customers
- Please be advised that if you select the USPS First Class shipping option, delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks depending on the location.
- The customer is responsible for all fees incurred in the destination country such as duties, VAT, GST, etc. If you wish to calculate your final landed cost, please contact your local customs office.
- Buyer agrees to assume all liability once the package is turned over to the buyer's chosen carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.)
RETURNS POLICY
- We want you to have the best customer service experience. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, please send us a message first. We will work with you to find the best and fairest solution to both parties.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly refund your payment less shipping cost once the item(s) have been returned to us and inspected. A restocking fee will apply.
- All returns must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
