 Horizontal crease through centre of book + 1.5 inch split at leading edge of fold. 5 inch split at top of spine of book - 3 inch split at bottom of spine + 1 inch tear at top and bottom edges of front & back pages. 2 x 1 inch tears at leading edges of  all pages + small tears in places & creasing generally, otherwise in fair/good condition only.
