Printing Tips

- Check to ensure the label material is suitable for your printer (laser compatibility).

- Optimal printing environment temperature: 20 to 40°C.

- Your printer may have recommended printing settings for different materials, please check the manual for optimal settings.

- For high quality prints, set the printer to low speed, high quality printing mode.

- Fan the sheets before feeding into the printing (prevents sheets from sticking together). 

- Do not bend the corners, bent corners can make it difficult to feed the sheets into the printer.

- Store the sheets at room temperature in the original packaging and avoid placing in direct sunlight or where they can get damp.

- Suitable for laser printers only (not suitable for inkjet printers) including HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, Lexmark and Kodak.

Recommended practices for applying self-adhesive sheet on a surface

1. Cleaning the surface: Clean and dry the surface before application to make sure it is not oily or dusty.

2. Removing the backing paper: To peel, use your thumb to push the backing paper until the adhesive sheet separates.

3. Applying the sticker: Starting from one end of the sheet and gently pressing as you work your way down.

We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.
