Postage
Items are posted when cleared payment is received. We post items daily (Monday - Friday), except Public Holidays, via Royal Mail. We post items via 1st class standard post. Returns
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the day payment was made. Please contact us through eBay's 'Contact Seller' to begin the returns process. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be 'faulty' or 'significantly not as described'. A return and method of this return, including postage, must be confirmed by us before a return is made. Any extra costs incurred that have not been agreed will not be refunded. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Please let us know if your item has not arrived after 7 working days in the UK or 21 working days for international buyers.
