weather. Linen fabric feels cool to the touch. It is smooth, making
the
finished fabric lint-free, and gets softer the more it is washed.
The fibers do not stretch and are resistant to damage from abrasion.
However, because linen fibers have a very low elasticity, the fabric will
eventually break if it is folded and ironed at the same place repeatedly.
Linen should not be dried too much by tumble drying: it is much easier to
iron when damp because of its growth pattern. Linen wrinkles very
easily, and so some more formal linen garments require ironing often,
in order to maintain perfect smoothness. Nevertheless, the
tendency to
wrinkle is often considered part of the fabric's particular "charm",
and a lot of modern linen garments are designed to be air-dried
on a good hanger and worn without the necessity of ironing.
A characteristic often associated with contemporary linen yarn
is the presence of "slubs", or small knots which occur randomly
along its length.

Colours and Print Size
We put a great deal of effort into taking images, which represent the colours as closely
as possible, however, the
appearance of colours will always vary slightly from one computer
screen to another.
If you are not sure about the fabric you about to purchase, please purchase a sample tester first,
as once the fabric has been cut to order no refunds will be given. Where necessary we have photographed our
products with a metre stick to give you some idea about the scale of fabric's patterns and prints.

Payment
Payments are via PayPal -Remember you do not have to be PayPal registered to pay as long as you have a
credit/debit card. Please pay within 3 days of purchasing your item. Although, if you are having any problems,
please contact us via email. Once payment is cleared your item will be dispatched within a maximum
of 2 working days from Monday to Friday.
Postage & Packaging
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days Monday to Friday except
bank holidays.
If your purchase is dispatched
through courier, please make sure your PayPal address is correct
as
we only post to this address. For high-value orders above £100 we
will send your purchase
via signed for service.
