We only use pre paid Aust. Post parcels unless stated otherwise. We do not profit from postage. If you have multiple buys we will endeavor to fit as much in a satchel as possible. Once payment has been received, your item will be posted within 24 hours. We can not take responsibility to damage or loss of a products during post. We check all items for damage before posting.
Returns Policy
Essentials by CharlieRose do accept returns. Items can be sent back within 7 days for a full refund of the products purchased (less postage costs). Postage costs for returned items is the buyers responsibility. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please notify us with your concerns.
