Cooking vent hoods are vital for capturing and exhausting the
cooking odors, smoke, and grease from cooking. The Microvisor® is a mini
hood that attaches to the underside of a “microwave over the range” and
extends forward over the cook top for the purpose of capturing the
smoke, grease, and moisture that are not captured by the exhaust system
under the microwave oven. Fumes and odors that are produced from cooking
that are not exhausted properly are damaging to the air quality in your
home. Once installed, the Microvisor® compliments the appearance of the
microwave and perfects the exhaust function of the microwave over the
range. Installs in under 3 minutes, removable, and no electrical requirements

**This is NOT a microwave oven, but an "add on" to your existing microwave over the range.***
** The Microvisor® mini hood is 29 7/8" wide, 1" high at the front and 1-1/2" high at the back of the minihood. It is 8 1/2" deep (front to back) and when inserted into its bracket, and projects forward of the microwave 6 1/2"
**The MICROVISOR® SB-30(S/W/B) may require the use of a 5/8” nylon spacer on microwaves over the range models that have doors with a convex bottom (curved), or require the need to drop the attaching bracket lower for installation due to irregular microwave bottom. These doors project below the bottom of the microwave oven to which these doors are attached. To attach the MICROVISOR® bracket to these microwaves will require the use of a 5/8” nylon spacer, which are NOT included, but available for sale in our store under 5-8 Spacer Kit.
****In order to install on Samsung model microwaves or any Samsung microwave with center removable- slide in/out grease filter the, "Samsung Microwave 1" Spacer Kit-1-0SK" will need to be purchased along with the Microvisorhood****

**The Microvisor® is a quality made metal mini hood. The design of the Microvisor® is such that it has metal edges and 90° front corners, and as with all sharp or pointy metal objects, it must be handled with care. The Microvisor® is made to be used correctly and carefully by an adult person when cleaning, inserting, or removing it from the attaching bracket to prevent injury. Care must be taken when running your fingers or hand along the metal edges to prevent the possibility of injury. The Microvisor® mini hood may in some instances when exposed to high BTU stovetop burners, become hot creating the need to use pot holders or insulated gloves for the removal of the Microvisor® from its bracket to prevent burns or injury to the hands. Improper handling may cause injury. By Purchasing, the purchaser agrees to hold Microvisor® Products, LLC.
