Returns

If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us via ebay stating your order ID Number what you want to exchange or return and why? We will send you a returns authorisation code by email. Please put the authorisation code on the returns/exchange form sent out with your order. We recommend you use a postal service that offers a tracked service as it’s your responsibility to get the parcel back to us.

• Refunds and Exchanges for all items, including faulty goods, can only be given within 14 days of receipt.
• We will issue a FULL REFUND (Exc delivery charge) on receipt, we will exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
• Some products are NON-Returnable. These are clearly marked; this is common practice throughout the Retail trade.
• The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
• For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that carries insurance / Tracking Number
• We will only refund up to £4 costs for delivery when the following services are used: Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard 1st/2nd Class delivery. Please include the receipt in the package when sending the faulty item back.
• Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to you.
• All delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item
