We maintain a comprehensive customer database which enables us to supply our returning customers with repeat orders quickly and efficiently. Our usual lead time for embroidery is 7 – 10 working days from payment of invoice. We always send you a scanned image of the stitched logo for approval before finalising your order – this can extend the turnaround time for first orders. Subsequent orders usually have a quicker turnaround time.

Add a logo for 99p including free digitizing of the logo (usual cost £20-£25) minimum order of just 6 embroidered items, logo to fit into a maximum area of 90x90mm, maximum stitch count of 9000 stitches and 6 colours, in one position.

TERMS & CONDITION

1. DEFINITIONS :

In these conditions:
i) "The Seller" is Embroidery Loft
ii) "The Buyer" is the purchaser of the goods.
iii) "Goods" are goods and products of any kind sold by the Seller.

2. APPLICATIONS OF CONDITIONS:

All goods are sold by the Seller on the following Conditions which shall prevail unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller.

3. PRICES:

All prices are in GB Pounds and do not include VAT. Packaging and delivery is to a single UK address and will be by tracked courier service.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

When an order is placed it will be considered as an offer to buy and once accepted by us an email confirming prices and requirements will be sent to the Buyer. At this point we are making a legal contract with you. On receipt of our email confirmation the Buyer should check all details and correct any errors. We cannot accept liability for any perceived mistakes not notified to us in writing at this point.
Any order placed by the Buyer shall be treated as a firm commitment to buy and cancellation will not be accepted unless agreed in writing by the Seller. Costs will be incurred in this instance.
The Seller will make all reasonable efforts to fulfil its obligation under such orders but shall not be liable for any cancellation or suspension of such orders caused by events beyond the control of the Seller. There may be occasions when we may refuse your order. In this case we will advise you by email as soon as possible.

5. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY:

Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In this event an estimated delivery time will be provided to the Buyer and/or an alternative product offered. Please note that any delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Embroidery Loft to provide garments by a certain date.

6. SHORTAGES & NON DELIVERY:

No liability for alleged shortages of delivery or non delivery of goods will be accepted by the Seller unless claims are notified in writing to the Seller within 48 hours of delivery for shortages or 10 working days from date of invoice for non delivery.

7. FAULTY GOODS:

We undertake that the goods will, in all material aspects, comply with any general description which may be submitted to you. They will be of satisfactory quality and reasonably for normal usage. In the event that this is not the case, Embroidery Loft should be notified in writing of the fault within 10 days of receipt.

8. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:

a, All goods shall be at the buyers risk from the time of delivery but will remain the property of the Seller until all payment in respect of any goods delivered by the Seller to the Buyer have been paid in full.
b, The Seller may at any time when payment is due to the Seller for any goods retake ownership of all the Sellers goods then in the custody of the Buyer.
c, The Buyers right to hold or deal in any way with the Sellers shall terminate automatically and the Seller shall be entitled to immediately recover the goods if:
i) The buyer being an individual becomes Bankrupt or is the subject of a Bankruptcy Petition or enters into any agreements with creditors or,
ii) The buyer being a limited company is subject to the appointment of an Administrate Receiver or goes or is forced into any form of insolvency.
d, The buyer authorises the Seller, its employees or agents to enter the buyer’s premises for the purpose of enforcing these provisions.

9. PAYMENT:

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by the Seller, payment for the goods is due to the Seller at time of ordering.

10. SAMPLES:

All samples are sent out on a sale or return basis. Samples should be returned within 10 working days in their original packaging. A credit note will be issued when goods are returned in the saleable condition. The buyer is liable for all carriage costs. There is a 30% restocking fee on returned samples unless these form part of an order or unless agreed otherwise.

11. GARMENTS SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER:

There is a minimum order of 10 garments with the same design. Embroidery Loft will take the greatest care of all garments, but on the very rare occasion accidents do happen, Embroidery Loft will NOT be responsible for ANY mistakes or damage to garments supplied by the customer.

12. LAW:

a, These conditions and all transactions between the Seller & the Buyer shall be governed by English Law and any disputes arising shall be resolved by the courts in England.
b, If any condition herein becomes or shall be declared by a court to be invalid or unenforceable that shall not impair or affect all other conditions, which will remain in full force & effect.

13. COMMITMENT:

We endeavour to carry out all work within the agreed time scales, however we will not be held responsible for any delays or shortages occurring from incidents beyond our control. Every effort will be made to advise customers of any delays.

FAQ’s

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices on eBay include VAT where applicable.
Is there a set up or digitizing cost for my embroidery design?
Package listings receive free Digitizing of your logo and the price includes Embroidery. Very large designs may incur a surcharge but we will advise before proceeding.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a format that can be used for embroidery. Embroidery Loft LLP do not make a charge for this and there is no set up fee.

Can we have more than one logo or a logo larger than 9000 stitches?

Multiple and larger logos are a common request. Email your requirements and we will give you a quotation.

Can we see our design before you go ahead with the embroidery?

Yes – once we have received your payment and had your design digitized we will email you a scanned image of the stitched design for your approval. If you want any minor amendments such as thread colour etc we can agree that. We do not start embroidering your garments until we have your written approval of the design.

How long from approval of the design until I receive my order and how much do you charge for delivery?

We aim to dispatch within 7 – 10 working days of approval of design. We dispatch by next day courier – price as listed. Your consignment will be dispatched with Parcelforce and is trackable.

What format do we need to send our logo to you in?

Jpeg, Bitmap or PDF preferably but send what you can – our digitizer has been known to work miracles!

Can you embroider onto garment which I provide?

We do not embroider onto garments we haven’t supplied.

We already have our logo on disk, can you use it?

If it is in a .dst embroidery format we can use it.

Can I see garment samples?

Yes of course, we have tried to give you as much information as possible but we understand that there are occasions when you need to see the actual garment. We can usually get the samples to you within 48 hours subject to a card payment which we credit against your order (less carriage) if you return the items to us for use in your subsequent order. In the event that you do not wish to use the items in your order, there is a sample restocking fee of £25. This is the cost made by our suppliers when we return items.

How accurate are the sizes quoted?

All brands and manufacturers vary sizes, unfortunately, there is not one universal sizing specification. However, each garment listed on our website has a size specification and we will advise you as best we can. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct size. Once your logo is on the garment we cannot refund or exchange due to incorrect size ordering.

Can you print a name or text on the back of the garments?

Yes we can, this will be in heat pressed vinyl. Price will depend on quantity and how much text is required. Please email with your requirements.

Can you add individual names?

Yes, this will add £2.50 per garment + VAT

We are local – can we come and see you?

Yes you can, please phone first and don’t expect a luxury shop! You will be visiting our workshop – all of our work is done in house – we do not send your garments elsewhere but that does mean that we aren’t always tidy!
