All products are stored in a smoke-free, climate controlled environment and are carefully shipped USPS Mail with Tracking. Insurance is added when Priority Mail is applicable.

I DON'T offer refunds and all sales are FINAL, unless upon delivery your items are damaged ordefective. Then and ONLY then will a refund be offered. The refund will be issued after the return of said items, and will be for the amount paid less the shipping cost I paid.

Payments are due within 4 days of the end of auction, otherwise it will be cancelled and negative feedback left.

I ship items daily. Items purchased on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on the following working business day. This also applies when a Holiday occurs. Tracking Numbers are generated and attached to the items when the shipping label is created.

I have no control over the Post Office deliveries schedules. I have no control of the postal system or the weather. Please allow reasonable and ample time for your items to arrive through the postal system. I am not responsible for the speed in which the postal system deliveries your item once it leaves my hands. Please remember this and be reasonable.
