Heavy Pattern Glass 2 Piece Cheese Keep

Believe it to be Early American Pattern Glass but may be English instead

Pattern consists of blocks and diamonds - Finial has a flower on it that may help identify the maker

We have been unable to identify the maker of this piece and have not found anything like it, so any information that the experts out there can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Bottom piece measures 9" x 5-1/2" x 1-1/4" deep

With top, it is 6" high, including the finial

There are quite a few chips on the bottom edge of the top piece, mostly on the inside edge

Bottom has a few small nicks as well as quite a bit of roughness on the bottom edges

This nice old piece would make a wonderful addition to your collection!
