Features

PCB through hole mounting industry standard sockets with a 2.54mm pitch designed for use in board to board applications. With a high quality, compact design these 40 pin header socket connectors meet the design requirements for increased PCB density and height restrictions. The housings of these 40 pin 2.54mm sockets are made from UL94V-0 high temperature Liquid Crystal Polymer and withstand the same reflow soldering processes as SMT versions. Highly durable dual beam contacts offer an improved electrical connection and increase the overall connector reliability.
Hayatec 40 pin PCB socket connectors are available in single and double row configurations and various contact numbers

High temperature thermoplastic housings
Highly reliable dual beam contacts
Up to 300 mating operations
Current rating of up to 2A per contact

Product Application Information

These PCB sockets are suitable for use in a wide range of applications and established as standard connectors on embedded PCs, motherboards and large electronic systems. Applications include consumer electronics, communications, drives and controls, industrial monitoring and personal computing

DURABLE PLASTIC AND STURDY PIN - The durable plastic are perfectly matched to the sturdy pins and never fall out, the plastic have high temperature resistance perfect for solder header.

  •  PLATED WITH ANTI-CORROSION- Pin headers are fully plated needle, with anti-corrosion and better contact. The brass pins have better conductivity and perfectly fit for female socket.
  •  APPLICATION - Used for PCB, Arduino prototype shield, Raspberry pi ( GPIO extender / NANO / PICO / ZERO ), Machine, Breadboard, Soldering header pins, Electronic circuit, etc.
  •  CHOOSE THE SIZE OF OPTION - You need to count out how many holes you need and choose the size of option. You also can to snap
them off what size if needed.
