All orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for Tuesday Delivery
(Please note there is no standard courier delivery on Saturday or Sunday, Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge). Courier also offers a AM or PM slot for an extra charge.
Royal Mail (2-5 Days)

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours and sent using a 48hr service. Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.


Terms
Courier order are given priority and will always ship same day for next day delivery when ordered before 4pm. All other UK mainland will be dispatched thereafter, deliveries should be received within 2-5 days.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time.
If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

Delivery Address
Delivery Address will be requested on checkout and will be used for the dispatch address of your order.
If you are paying by PayPal we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.
If you do not complete the 3D secure process and ask for the parcel to be delivered to an alternate address we will ask for ID.
 
Return of Goods Policy

All returns or exchanges for Full Price Items must be completed within 28 days of placing your order (7 days for a Refund).
All returns or exchanges for Sale Items must be completed within 7 days of placing your order (7 days for a Refund).

Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, original swing tags (items returned without original packaging void any rights to refund or Exchange).
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us.

If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. Full postage fees are applicable to any exchange; however this is at our discretion.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be held for the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met.
This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
Please note in the interests of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned, this applies to: Swimwear, Underwear, Cosmetic Products, Sunglasses, Headphones.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our returns department, quote your order number, which starts with 'WEB' in the 'subject' field including the following information:

Your Name:
Your Address:
The Reason for Returning the Item:
Details (please include the stock code from the product detail page) of any Replacement Item(s) Required

2. We will confirm receipt of your email within 1 working day, issue you with a returns number and returns address, you will be instructed on what action you will need to take to return the goods.
We only accept returns with a returns number, items without a returns number will not be accepted for a Refund/Exchange.

3. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be refunded/credited, or exchange completed as per the terms of the 'Return of Goods Policy'.

For your safety It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely event goods are arrive faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by iConsume when sending goods
Refunds
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to credit your account.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods.
How NOT to Return an Item
1. Stuff the item into a bag.
2. Post the item back without a returns number.
3. Hope we will refund/exchange the item.
4. Be surprised when no refund/exchange is forthcoming
5. Be annoyed at yourself because you have to collect the item or pay for postage to have it sent back to you because you never followed the 'How to Return an Item' section above.
Distance Selling Regulations
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 7 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a refund.
The 7 working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you will need to contact us quoting your order number. (see 'How to Return an Item' below).
Items returned without Written Confirmation are not covered under 'Distance Selling Regulations' and will not be eligible for a Refund.
After 7 Days up to 28 Days, Full price items can be returned for an exchange or e-wallet credit.
After 7 Days, Sale items cannot be returned.

When will you be charged
Your card will be debited when you place the order, as is the case with most online stores and, of course, high street stores. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item you will be entitled to a refund to your card to the value of that item.

Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.
