Shipping Policy:
- UPS Ground is our default carrier.
- We do combine shipping.
- $8.00 Shipping charge for continental US.
- $30.00 additional surcharge for order(s) goes to
Canada.
- For order(s) goes to AK, HI or PR, please
contact us to get an accurate shipping quote.
- Tracking # will be emailed to our customer once
package(s) have been shipped out from our Los Angeles warehouse.
Return Policy:
- Shortage claim must be made within 7 days from
the date of merchandise receipt (Base on UPS tracking information).
- Products maybe return within 7 days from the
date of merchandise receipt (Base on UPS tracking information).
- Unless it is manufacturer's defect, all return
must be shipped freight prepaid by customers.
- All returned products must be unused E-Mart's
products, send complete and without missing parts.
- For promotional products, all sales are final.
- Once we have received the return, we will credit
money back to customers' PayPal account within 2 business days.
- 1 year warranty only on manufacturing defects,
buyer must pay round trip shipping fees for replacement.
- For Free shipping case, if buyer want return or
exchange, the original shipping and handling charge is
non-refundable.
