§ This very rare pre-1920 Weller MUSKOTA figure of a nude LEDA and The SWAN is one of the more exotic and recognizable images in art history. The piece, technically a flower frog, stands 7" high and is 8" long by 5" wide § with this size and complexity it easily assumes a stand alone presence as an example of some of Weller's best work. There are 2 flaws, restorable and not too bad. One of the swan's wings is partially chipped off and her head is cracked at the neck. Both are clean issues, there are no other cracks or lines anywhere, and these are fairly easy restorations.
