AD597 K-type Thermocouple Temperature Measurement
Amplifier Module Analog output
Description:
K-type thermocouple sensor amplifier module, analog voltage output, can be used for industrial high temperature measurement, microcontroller acquisition or PLC acquisition.
AD597 is a single-chip temperature set-point controller, specially optimized for high-temperature environments, such as oven control applications etc. The device can be J-type or K-type thermocouple input cold junction compensation and amplification, resulting in an internal signal proportional to temperature. then, The device will compares the internal signal with the externally applied set point voltage, resulting in a low-impedance switch output voltage.
The AD597 can be configured to provide a voltage output(10mV/℃) using J or K thermocouple signals directly. It can also be used as a stand-alone voltage output temperature sensor.
Features:
1, using K-type (AD597) thermocouple work;
2, built-in freezing compensation;
3, temperature ratio mode of operation: 10mV/℃
4, temperature set point mode: on/off
5, programmable switching hysteresis;
6, high-impedance differential input;
7, can be offset adjustment to zero calibration;
8, integrated amplifier circuit can be adjusted the gain to decide with SCM or PLC acquisition.
