We accept payments by PayPal, cheque and postal order. For Auction style listings payment is expected within 3 days of the auction ending, please send message if payment will be outside of this timescale - we will be happy to make extensions if notified.
SHIPPING
We offer a range of shipping options - our standard UK option for all our pendants is Royal Mail second class with a beautiful presentation gift box. We can include a gift card with message in our standard postage at no extra cost, please send a message after purchase if this is required.
We also offer standard postage worldwide for international buyers and Argos click and collect in the UK.
We dispatch items daily, apart from Friday, and packages will usually require a signature upon receipt. All of our items are packaged securely, and if you add items to your basket before checkout you will only ever pay the one postage fee, if one is applicable.
TERMS OF SALE
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase with full refund provided, please notify us before returning the item by sending a message. Buyer pays return postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.
