Description:
CNC-602A is an advanced electromechanical product,which can clean and test injectors by simulating engine working conditions. It can also perform cleaning on the injectors and fuel supply system on vehicle.

Why have to clean injector？
When we turned off the engine suddenly, the gasoline which have been spray out can not be recycled. It would attached on the injector and combustion chamber walls.
Gasoline is easy to volatile, but wax and varnish were stayed.
Heat these wax and varnish day after day,they will be changed into hard coke.
The hard coke will be produced more quickly and more thickly when engine work with poor quality fuel

The hard coke lead 4 problems on injector
1. Leak
2. Blockage
3. Poor atomization
4. Uneven fuel injection
So we have to clean injector and engine system.

Important Notice:
1.Input voltage is220V，but the package includes 110V and 220V power adapters.
2. We will not provide the Cleaning Fluid and Testing Liquid in the package because of customs policy. You will find them in local market.
3. This machine was for six-cylinder car. Block 2 tube for 4 jar car. If you need clean machine for eight- cylinder car,please contact us.
4. Item fit for two kinds of injectors. Top feed injector accessories were standard configure. Side feed injector accessories for option. Please contact us if you want to side feed accessories.
5. Support no dismantle clean car fuel system. (Need additional connector kits, not include in the item. Add 80USD to get it)
6. The machine fit for most of petrol injector(come with lots of adapters), but not for diesel injector

Main Function:
1. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Perform simultaneous cleaning on several injectors and remove the carbon deposits on the injectors completely.
2. Uniformity Sprayability Test: Test the uniformity each injector, and monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight. This test is also for reverse flush.
3. Leakage Test: Test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under system pressure.
4.Injecting Flow Fest: Check the injecting amount of 15 seconds constant injection.
5. Auto Test: Test injectors by simulating different working conditions.
6. On-vehicle Cleaning: The unit is equipped with various adaptors and couplers that facilitate cleaning injectors on vehicle.
