Lee De Forest [1873 1961] was an American inventor who is referred to as the ''Father of Radio'' who was a pioneer in the development of sound-on-film recording used for motion pictures. He also was awarded over 180 patents during his life time in the fields of telegraphy, telephony, television and radar. Listed for auction is the autograph of Lee De Forest signed on a page. The autograph is signed ''Sincerely Yours Lee de Forest'' and dated ''Mar 30. 27'' in black fountain pen. The page measures 6.25 x 3.00 inches, it has trivial toning otherwise it is in fine condition. The autograph is authentic, hand signed and is a nice example of this prominent inventor.
