Payment to be made within 2 days of commitment to purchase on eBay.

International Buyers will be solely responsible for any delays due to & payments for Customs Duties, VAT or any other taxes, charges, levies or otherwise and will also be responsible for arranging & paying for Customs Clearances and any other administrative import process during the course of delivery of their item.

This should not affect deliveries to European Union countries but buyers are advised to check their individual countries requirements before making a purchase from us as we will not be held responsible in any manner for any delays, costs, taxes or confiscation of any sort or for any reason.

For all deliveries that might be delayed or missing, we will require an affidavit/declaration from the buyer in writing, as will be requested by us, so we can make a claim against Royal Mail/other courier service and we will only reimburse the buyer when we receive a refund from Royal Mail/other courier service or their insurers - such refund will be limited to the amount we receive from Royal Mail or other courier company.

I do not dispatch to APO/BFPO/PO Boxes or similar addresses nor do I dispatch to any non-geographic addresses.
