DESCRIPTION

Ironing board TS04 is equipped with HEATED using a thermostat providing an automatic adjustment of the temperature (from 0°C to 90° C - from 32° to 194° F). The HEATED working surface allows to soften the fibres of the clothing and make the ironing easier and less exhausting.

The product contains a VACUUM motor (the vacuum maintains stable the garment which has to be ironed and removes the steam condensation offering the advantages such as comfortable, fast and efficient ironing) and a powerful BLOWING motor (the air inflation allows to create a buffer of hot air in order to iron velvet and dark garments, avoiding the risk of shining marks; to reviltalize the fibres and relend thickness and softness to the light fabric such as cotton and wool of the t-shirts, blouses, which lost their volume during the washing). 

The product includes a professional steam generator with automatic refill and professional electric iron of 3.75 lb (1.7 kg).

The excellent steadiness of the ironing board is reached thanks to the large base of the supporting legs, which has a spacious laundry carrier inside.

 

At the end of work after closing the ironing board it's possible to shift the board thanks to 2 wheels.

The ironing board DOES NOT need to be installed by a specialized technician, but it is sufficient to connect the board to the electricity.

 

STEAM GENERATOR and PROFESSIONAL IRON

The model TS04 is equipped with professional steam generator from stainless steel, and the presence of the COPPER BOILER with an anti-scale EXTERNAL HEATING ELEMENT allows to REDUCE WAITING TIME for the production of dry steam (Automatic refill) and to produce high ENERGY SAVINGS (A++).   

A FLOW of DRY STEAM, as the one used in professional laundries, does not leave clothes damp and its intensity can be modified manually using an external knob.

It's possible to introduce tap water thanks to the presence of an anti-scale system, and the generated vapor chamber ensures the leakage of the dry steam as soon as the boiler is pressurised and the professional iron is on "WOOL", "COTTON" OR "LINEN"; in fact, the water leakage from the iron is avoided thanks to the security system which allows to fill around 80% of the boiler volume.

Precise instruments like THERMOSTAT, 2/2-WAY SOLENOID STEAM VALVE and PRESSURE SWITCH control automatically the perfect functioning of the steam generator and a simple maintenance with water and vinegar allows to keep using the appliance forever. 

The ironing board is provided with a PROFESSIONAL IRON of 3.75 lb (1.7 kg) equipped with hand steam protection and the ALUMINIUM plate ensuring a homogeneous spread of the heat.

The iron is capable to IRON VERTICALLY.

REVOLUTIONARY COPPER BOILER 

A low energy consumption and high performance in terms of steam production.

Thanks to its excellent physical and mechanic features the copper is widely used both in home and professional fields:

- high thermal and electrical conductivity (second metal after silver) 

- high resistance against corrosion (does not dissolve in acids)

- resistance against thermal fluctuations. 

Finally COPPER can be employed without limits being 100% recyclable.
