Hello and welcome to our pages on eBay! We are The Russian Alternative - a new producer of miniatures for collectors and various board games. We create our minis with love and passion, we adore each one of our products and use it ourselves in our own armies!

All of our minis are hand made from scratch, - we start with a serious brainstorm between all of our team members, then we slowly move to achieving some sort of agreement on what our next project could be, then our designer draws his first sketches, then we argue again and he draws another, then after days of discussion we finally decide that this last drawing is not bad at all and we pass it on to one of our genious sculptors, who takes his time in bringing the mini to perfection. And only then we produce it of a top quality pure tin, pack it in a hard carton box with two layers of foam for your piece of mind during transportation, put a beatiful quality sticker on the box, list it in our ebay store (HTTPS://stores.ebay.com/The-Russian-Alternative) and ship the parcel to any address in the world! Then our marketing team makes sure your parcel arrives safely and on time and provides all sorts of extra assistance and support in case you need it! Then everyone is happy and smiling! We only accept Pay-Pal as the most secure payment method for online shopping. You may use any major credit card to be processed via PayPal system or pay derictly from your PayPal account balance - its easy and fast! 

Payment must be received within 3 days of sale date. If under any circumstances you can't make the payment within 3 days, please be so kind to notify us with a message or we will automatically file an unpaid item dispute and re-list the item for sale. The payment must fully clear prior to us shipping any merchandise!

If you would like to buy multiple items from our store, please make sure to add all items to the Shopping Cart first and only then proceed to checkout - this way all your items will be processed by ebay as one purchse and we will ship all items in one parcel!

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We offer free worldwide shipping on all our items without any exclusions. We use Standard Internation Air Shipping by Russian Post (in most countries delivered by a courier directly to your door, and if you are not at home delivery notice will be left). 

Please note, that we state the maximum handling time for your order as 5 business days - in most cases, orders are dispatched within 2-3 days, but sometimes delays may occur. This is due to the fact, that we ship only from the Central International Sorting Center in Moscow, and never from a regular post office - this saves on average 7-10 days on postal processing! From the Sorting Center your parcel is being moved directly to the airport and then taken to the destination country. We hope for your understanding!

We value our reputation and try to do everything we can to deliver your goods in the least possible timeframe. Currently standard international shipments take on average 1-2 weeks to reach our buyers in Europe, and approximately 1-4 weeks for our clients in USA, Canada and Australia. Please note, that orders placed in November and December may be delayed in shipping, due to Christmas and New Year holidays!

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
