The courier should leave a "calling card" at the recipients address and it then becomes the recipients responsibility to contact the courier company to re-arrange a suitable delivery time and date.
We will deliver to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode, please check it using the Post Office address finding service.
Items lost in the Post: Unfortunately some parcels do go missing, so please allow a reasonable time for delivery. Delivery couriers are supposed to leave a card but they don't always do so, this card will advise if the parcel has been left at a neighbours house or it has been taken back to the local sorting office. In the absence of a card please check with your neighbours then at your local sorting office. Royal Mail will not declare a parcel (or letter) missing until 15 working days after it was sent.
