I have found that they fit a very wide range of sizes - I am 130 pounds and 5 foot 4 and I like the fit of the XL - they are a little big, but comfortable to sleep in

XL - 5'11" to 6'2" & 175lbs to 200lbs

XXL 5'11 to 6'3" & 200lbs to 250lbs

The pajamas are made with both quality and comfort in mind.  A Super soft 100% Fleece material with embroidered accent on Domo.  There are Thumb Holes in the Cuffs of the Sleeves and the pajamas have zip off  Feet.  

Removable Feet allow for these pajamas to be used as a Halloween Costume if you desire.
