• Late delivery, item missing and claim......
Items rarely get lost in transit but in real life, it does happen. It is out of our control, but we will try our best to lower your loss. 
For the untrackable shipping method, like regular letter mail (light packet), small package, there is no guarantee from the courier for the late delivery. And the waiting time will be up to 45 days! As much as we'd like to help, any claim or checking is not accepted by the courier.
AFTER 45 days, if you still have not received your item, we will treat it as being lost. Please contact us right AFTER 45 days.

No one knows exactly what the jewelry is going through during transportation, and we all hope they are safe, 
We will put your jewelry in a bubble mailer or a box depending on the size of your jewelry, and the shipping method you chose. So you may shop without worrying about the jewelry being damaged on the way to your hands.
And if your order includes more than one piece of items, we will wrap up each item in a plastic bag, to prevent them from scratching each other,
