We're selling off some of the surplus of our school rental program. Most are high quality American made band instruments which were made to last forever.

This flute dates from the heyday of band instrument manufacture in the USA, about 30 to 40 years ago. It's an Artley Model which is open hole, C-foot and has a solid silver headjoint. There are a few minor scuffs and scratches from normal use. Everything else in great condition. Just completely polished, cleaned thoroughly, and overhauled using double skin treated pads and all new corks and felts. Mechanically this flute is in excellent condition. It plays beautifully with a big rich tone, (a tone you can only get using these older USA made instruments). Comes with a replacement French flute case and vinyl case cover in perfect condition. A great investment as well as a great instrument for the beginning to intermediate flute player. (There are so many inexpensive band instruments on ebay, but so many of them are inferior in workmanship and tone, and often made in Asia.) Buy American and buy with confidence that you will get a high quality instrument that can last a lifetime.
