Strap seems to be incomplete. It has two quick release clips, strap looks like missing parts that attach to the camera. So it looks like a loop.
Shipping is free worldwide via USPS first class mail serivce.
But it is not damaged in any way, no cuts or tears. This Camera strap is fully operational and functions as intended. I would rate it an 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
