Before the payment, please double check your shipping address is correct and that your full name is visible because it cannot be changed once the purchase has been made, if the address is incorrect or your name is not visible then we have the right to cancel your order.

We accept all eBay payments.

Item (s) will be relisted, and an unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment is not received in within 7 days.

All of our items are sent using a tracked service and each item is scanned just before the postman puts the item through your letterbox and the information is then updated on the Royal Mails website.


Please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding the delivery of your item. Royal Mail`s guidelines say that items can only be considered missing after 14 working days have passed. In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier.

Sending an item back without a returns authorisation will result in longer returns process and possible rejection.

Faulty or Damaged Goods.


You may return an item which has been received damaged or genuinely faulty for a replacement or refund.

Before returning any item(s) please contact us, if a return is granted, we will supply you with a returns label although this will not be a tracked or recorded label and it is the customers responsibility to make sure the item is returned.

Once the item has been received and verified as faulty or damaged, we will either replace or issue a refund, in this case we will also refund your returned postage.

Incorrect items or "Not as Described".


You may return an item which was incorrect or "Not as Described" for a full refund, the refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as incorrect or "Not as Described", in this case we will also refund your return postage.

Unwanted Items.


Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the statutory right to return any item within 30 working days of receiving it for a full refund, the refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed, we will not refund any postage costs associated with returning your unwanted item to us, we cannot refund or exchange any opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

All items must be returned in unopened packaging.


WARRANTY:


Customers must contact us within 12 months of any product which is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing issue, if agreed it will be your responsibility to return the item to us so that it can be checked, if it is found that the issue is a manufacturing issue a replacement will be sent free of charge.


If it is found that there is not a manufacturing issue and it is just wear and tear we reserve the right to refuse the claim and return the original item.


All warranty claims that are sent must be returned with the correct paperwork i.e proof of purchase.

Your Responsibility When Returning Goods.


When returning goods to us YOU are required to ensure that they are returned in the same ORIGINAL, PRISTINE condition that you received them in, this also applies to the manner in which they are packaged to be returned.

YOU are responsible for ANY damage caused to the product on its return journey.

Inadequate packaging will result in the item being rejected and returned to you at YOUR own cost.

When returning goods, you need to include: - Reason for Return, Name, Address, Telephone Number, Order Number, if you prefer a refund or exchange for another product.
