If you have a C4 SDconnect multiplexer showing an (!) on the display, we can help you. The (!) doesn’t necessarily mean the multiplexer is hardware blocked. It can also mean there is a hardware defect.

We can also change serial numbers and update the multiplexer's firmware to ensure it is working with newer Xentry/DAS software versions. We use only original software to fix your multiplexer.

We can also help you if the following problems persist:

-       During multiplexer update a 201 or 204 error shows up

-       Defective hardware

-       Defective software installation on your computer

If it's determined the board is bad and you wish to have it replaced, additional charges will be added later on. We use only high quality boards from European production.

You are not buying a multiplexer, sales are final. This auction only covers unblocking, serial change and firmware update. Anything else including new hardware and labor is NOT included.

Many low quality multiplexers from China have problems with the hardware itself. If the hardware is defective we won’t be able to flash or update it before we repair the multiplexer or replace one of the PCBs inside. We will inform you upfront of our findings. You can then decide whether you want us to repair it or have it sent back unrepaired. There is no money back in case you decide to have it shipped back unrepaired.

Here is how it works:

1.    You must pay first, print the eBay or PayPal receipt and package the multiplexer without any cables.

2.    Ship the item insured and with a tracking number to the address provided.

3.    Provide us with the tracking number.

4.    Not following these instructions will delay the repair!!!
