This SHORT CAPE  is made from black  wool crepe blend   

It is  custom made with oversized hood with black lining  . It is heavy and will keep you warm for the winter/fall events.

Construction: Double wide for extra fullness.
Ideal for plus sized figures, men or women.
Bottom edge hemmed.
Neckline seam double stitched.

This costume is individually made, not factory mass produced. Very versatile
