I normally ship orders the next business day after the payment clears. Shipping and handling includes packaging, postage, eBay and other processing fees.

For International shipping, I use eBay's Global Shipping Program. The buyer is responsible for any taxes or other fees.  I do not combine shipments for international orders due to customs and eBay recommendations.
