Customer Comments:
"I chose these because I am a drummer and wanted my hands/wrists to be stronger. I like these because they are easy to squeeze, yet aren't so easy to squeeze that I didn't feel any results. I highly recommend these hand grips."

"I have used others in the past (not from this company) that say theirs are "extra heavy"...yeah right. These are very good and I noticed significant results in just 3 weeks. Highly recommending the black pair."

"I have been using this type of grip for over 15 years now. Of all the types I've used this type is my favorite (hard handles with a spring as opposed to padded handles, rubber bands, or individual finger springs). Most of the other kinds are either very uncomfortable, or try to be too comfortable so that you can't feel that they are even working. The undersides of your fingers and the pad of your thumb will probably be sore when you first start using this, but that will go away. You will definitely feel it in your forearm. I recommend sanding the seams on the plastic handles for added comfort. One good exercise is to put a penny in between the handles and see how long you can go without dropping the penny. A minute is usually pretty good. Much more than that and its time to upgrade."
