 Payment Methods

Please complete the eBay checkout within three days of the auction/fixed priced closing date. Payment is requested within seven days.  If you wish to pay by credit card please call us on 01798 873796 Paypal payment is accepted to retrostyle@hotmail.co.uk! 

Please note that for the International orders we accept the payment through PayPal! 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours of Payment and dispatched daily Monday-Friday. Most Items in the UK are delivered in 1-3working days and International are delivered in 7-21working days. Delivery times will vary according to seasons and other unavoidable causes. 

We do offer next day delivery UPS courier service at an extra cost, please call us on 01798 873796 if you require this service. 

If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

 Return Policy

If  for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us and the process is quick and easy. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only in its original condition and we check every item thoroughly before it is dispatched. Items will not be accepted if worn, discoloured, or in a condition that they can't be sold again. We recommend using a recorded service as the item can be tracked, goods are not our responsibility until they reach our warehouse.  

Refunds: If you wish for a refund, send the item back in the post to us with a note enclosed, with your User ID, Name and Address and something explaining that you want a refund.. As soon as we receive your item back we will then issue you with a refund within 7days. This does not include your return postage.
