Payment

Unfortunately, we are unable to start processing your order until we have received payment and delays could occur if payment isn't made promptly.

  

Shipping

All of our items include free untracked shipping as standard but we are able to obtain proof of delivery for most items..

We also offer options to upgrade your shipping to include additional tracking, next day guaranteed delivery and delivery to a shop local to you.

If you live in an apartment or shared accommodation, we advise you use delivery to a local shop as we are unable to offer a refund or replacement if your item is lost or stolen after delivery.

Returns

All of our items are made to order and customised to your specification. As such, we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by ourselves during customisation.
