Recipe

 

Everybody likes dumplings. But the dumplings from the supermarket are disgusting and semi-finished product. Home dumplings - is a delicacy!


Required products:
500 gr. beef
500 gr. pork
2 large onions
salt
ground black pepper
2 eggs
1 kg. flour


1. Make mincemeat at first.
2. Cut meat into slices for mincing machine.
3. Scrape onion and also cut in pieces.


4. Mill meat and onion.



5. In the finished meat add 1-2 teaspoons of salt and black pepper.
6.Mix and put aside.



7. In the tank, where we will make the dough, pour water, 300 grams.



8. Add 2 eggs in water.
9. Put there teaspoon of salt.



10. Add flour.
11. Knead dough in bowl or food processor.



12. When the food processor or a spoon will not be able to have knead dough, tip it out on a table sprinkled with flour and continue to knead by hands.
13. Should get an elastic ball. As in the picture above.



14. Cut a piece of dough the size of a woman's fist.
15. Roll it out with rolling pin.
16. We should not roll very thinly - 4 mm in thickness - and in form a circle for pelmeni mold.



17. Now we can go back to meat, pinch off pieces the size of cherry! And put them in a specially designed openings.



18.When all cells are filled, cover pelmeni mold with second piece of dough.



19. Dust with flour.
20.Roll out the top with rolling pin.



21.Turn pelmeni mold, and carefully knock on the edge of the table.



23.Repeat the procedure with a 14 pt., as long as there is dough and minced meat.




24. Dumplings throw in salted boiling water with a pair of laurel leaves, and cook for 8 minutes.
25. To prepare dumplings add the butter and sour cream.
