Who can claim VAT Exemption Relief on purchases?

Eligible Individuals: If you are chronically sick or disabled and the products are for your personal use. 'Chronic' meaning lasting a long time.

Eligible Charities: Where the goods are made available by the charity to a disabled person(s) for their personal or domestic use.

About Delivery

If you have placed your order before 2pm we will dispatch your order the same day using one of our trusted national couriers. If your order is placed after 2pm your item will be dispatched the following working day. Normally you will receive your item the next working day after dispatch. (Unfortunately Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Scilly Isles are not covered). You can also pick up directly from our Sheffield Warehouse.

About returns

If you wish to return or cancel your order, please let us know within 14 days of placing your order. In order to return an item you have purchased with us you must return it in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Prior to returning your item you should always contact us through the eBay messaging service or call our customer service so that we can provide you with a returns number for your order; this allows your returned parcel to be connected to our system for a refund.

Once you have received your returns reference number you may return your item back at your own cost or you may use one of our collection services.
